March 17, 2008:

Warmed up with some stretches and light cleans

1x20 squat with 125lbs then 1x20 pull overs right after

then the 3 circuits of pullups(averaged about 11), dips(averaged about 16), decline situps+25lbs (averaged about 20)...

-About puked after workout because I busted my freaking balls pushing myself tonight on the lifting... anyways it was worth it because my pullups increased and my dips made a HUGE increase since last session... feeling pretty good now :-)

Edit: doing some neck bridges and neck curls tonight

1.5hours of MMA class tonight... lot of focus on sparring so I am a bit cut up and even more swore.. ahh! anyways... need some major rest tonight.

March 19, 2008:

Warm-ups with light squats and stretching...

1x20 squat with 130lbs then 1x20 pullovers

then the 3 circuits of pullups(averaged about 11), dips(averaged about 15), decline situps with no plate since my abs are pretty swore from yesterdays training(averaged about 25)...

-I can tell that as I keep increasing the squat weight it is going to get MUCH harder here soon so hopefully I can keep up with the +5lbs increases...

I work at the OSU rec center and my boss just put me through the 911 cardio test and I ended it at 22+ minutes with a 187 heart rate(if anyone knows the 911 test it is used in college football and other stuff)... the school record is only like 26-27 minutes so I didn't feel too bad... especially because my HR was so low at such an intense pace... man I am tired now tho...

Maxed my big 3 for my upcoming routine
165lbs Bodyweight

Bench 245lbs, tried 250 and got it halfway :-(
Squat 250lbs, haven't squatted for long and I know its trash and I hate myself for it...
Deadlift 320lbs could have done more but it would have compromised my form so I stopped...

Notes: My 185lbs clean was pretty ugly and I do not think that I am ready to go above 165lbs for cleans yet so I will stay under 165 for a couple more times.... I just can't get the damn 2 steps down...

Did some weight conditioning which included some turkish get-ups, dumbbell swings, and clean/snatch variations with very light weight... hope I didn't do too much since I have to lift tomorrow...
