1.5hours of MMA class tonight... lot of focus on sparring so I am a bit cut up and even more swore.. ahh! anyways... need some major rest tonight.

Notes: My 185lbs clean was pretty ugly and I do not think that I am ready to go above 165lbs for cleans yet so I will stay under 165 for a couple more times.... I just can't get the damn 2 steps down...
