i'd maybe go down and sit back just a smidge more on squats otherwise you're good to go.

Post a vid of deadlift. Thing that most beginners mess up on is keeping butt down initially before the weight leaves the ground and pushing their legs through the floor and squeezing their glutes....this is often a problem due to weak glutes and/or quads....

you may also want to post a vid showing your whole body not just shoulder down...so we could see where/how you grip the bar, where your head position is, etc...all of these things make a difference esp on 1rm...

good luck

I have decided that I am actually going to start squats and milk tomorrow so that I can really work on my squat form and also to build up some leg strength and flexibility to aid me in my DL form...

March 12, 2008:

-Warm up with stretches and a couple light squats, cleans, and snatches

-1x20 reps with 115lbs(started a little low since I have to add 5lbs every workout) then 1x20 pullovers to expand ribcage immediately after squats.

-3 circuits of pull ups(averaged about 10), dips(averaged about 11), and sit-ups with a 25lb plate(averaged in the 20's)... I use the plate even though the workout doesn't call for it since I don't feel like pumping out 100 sit-ups 3 times in a row... would get old.

Anyways, with all the milk+water I am drinking, my stomach is taking a sec to get used to it and felt a little funny going through the workout... Also, I was surprised at how hard this routine works me since I had a pretty crazy sweat worked up throughout the whole thing... I am excited to see how it goes!

Maybe V-ups instead of sit-ups?

March 13, 2008:

Tonight at MMA class they would do a million leg/ab involved drills... after yesterdays lifting and tonights cardio mess, I feel about sick, but hey, I guess that means I am just working hard!

March 14, 2008:

Warm-up

squat 1x20 with 120lbs then 1x20 25lbs pull overs...

then the 3 circuits of pullups(averaged about 10), dips(averaged about 12), decline situps(averaged about 22)...

my abs were really swore before lifting so the sit-ups about killed me... other than that, pretty good workout..

Edit: added reps in the circuit...
