Back Squat: 135x5, 185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 245x3, 265x2+belt

Bench: 225x3, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3
supered with
BOR: 175x5, 175x5, 175x5,175x5

Notes: my back squats hurt around my hip flexors today... bout killed myself on the 265... going for it was a bad choice... ouch...
