So, I made one of these last year. However I quickly pussied out and went on a year long bender instead. Now that I have scaled back the drinking and partying, I am ready to not be a weak fat-ass any more.
As always, comments, and advice are welcome.

Notes:
Deadlifts and Rows were relatively easy. Bench and Chins were pretty much max effort.
Felt good to lift again.
