Someday the Trees Will Sing........ (SnP Log)

So, I made one of these last year. However I quickly pussied out and went on a year long bender instead. Now that I have scaled back the drinking and partying, I am ready to not be a weak fat-ass any more.

As always, comments, and advice are welcome.

STATS:
Age: 21
Height: 6'6''
Weight: 205


GOALS:

Short term 12/12/09 (End of Semester)

Bench: 3x5x170 (+15 lbs for reps, hit on 05-11-09)(New Goal = 185 for reps)
Squat: 3x5x175 (+30 lbs for reps)
Deadlift: 3x5x210 (+60 lbs for reps, hit on 10-11-09)(New Goal = 235 for reps)

Long Term Goals:

225 Bench
315 Squat
405 Deadlift

Super Long Term Goals:
315 Bench
405 Squat
495 Deadlift

DAY 1.

Week 1: Day 1
Scheme A
Date: 13 - 10 - 09

Time In: 3:57pm
Time Out: 5:08pm
Weight: 206.5

Deadlifts:
3x5x150lbs

Bench:

3x5x155lbs

Pendley(Pendlay??) Rows:
3x5x125lbs

Chin-ups:
3x4xBW

Notes:
Deadlifts and Rows were relatively easy. Bench and Chins were pretty much max effort.

Felt good to lift again.

SOHP:

Pull-ups:

3x3xBW

Decline Sit-Ups:
3x20xbw

Notes:
Felt very stiff today. Had a little good morning action on my squats that needs to be fixed. depth was okay.

Quads were pretty sore but overall, this went pretty well.

Thought I would just take the time to jot down some goals

GOALS:

Short term 12/12/09 (End of Semester)
