Very disappointed in today.

T 4/29

Clean Pulls
70/5
120/3
160/2 x 2 sets

DL
180/2
200/1
220/1

Now, today I was supposed to do 220/1 x 5 sets. But, I felt on, "Thunderstruck" was on the radio...why not try a new PR?

240/fail Stupid fuck. Dropped back to

220/1 Planned to finish the remaining 4 singles at 220 but it barely left the floor. So I dropped back to

200/3 Planned to do 3 x 3 at 200 but I barely made all 3 reps. End DLing.

Close grip Bench
60/8
80/5 x 3 sets

Many changes of late.

No meet for me this month--just too much going on with my training status (been at least 7 days since I even touched iron), my sis' is getting married, and I got a new job. Start June first in the Emergency Department. Woot!

Power Snatch
50/5
70/3
90/1 x 5 sets

Close Grip Inc. Bench
60/5
80/ouch
shoulder's still fooked

RDLs
120/5
160/5
200/3 x 3 sets

More of a Prilepin style principle today? Meaning 3 reps at 90% or greater--or so I thought. Didn't quite get it right.

FSQ ~90%
70/5
120/3
150/1
160/1 x 2 sets
At this point I remembered that, with a typical sombo05 schedule, I would have done 3 x 3 at 90%

Last set
160/3

blah.

Various scap. and rotator cuff work.

Band hammy stretches.
