Dips 3 sets 5 reps.

I hate the first week back into lifting, everything feels heavy lol

Squats working up to sets of 3 with 183kg
Overhead squats workign up to a set of 80kg

Glad this first week back into training is over, I am looking forward to more intense workouts this coming week.

2.4km run,
Cross trainer 10 mins
