Easy mile jog. Did it in about 11 minutes, obviously taking it easy in the heat. My legs weren't tired or heavy, which was nice.

Another similar jog as yesterday, just a little faster - about 10 minutes. A nasty thunderstorm was starting, so I stopped at a mile.
So, today I was supposed to do the Stronglifts Workout B. I planned to go after dinner. Apparently, my new gym closes at 6 on Sundays. I didn't know my new gym closed at 6 on Sundays until I got there ... at 6. It was our first quarrel of the summer. Fail.

Thanks, man.
I guess I don't really hate BORs themselves, more so my ineptness at performing them. I feel weakest doing them than anything else and I have to be constantly conscious of my form or it all goes to crap. I can't do 135 yet, so since the weights aren't touching the floor I'm never really sure if my form and ROM is correct.
But it's much easier to just hate the exercise than myself.
