That is a creepy pic Enright. And that's the plan. Hit the guy really hard.

3 Days out
Waking weight: 192.5lbs

~3/4 gallon of distilled water
No sodium
Very Low Carbs
High Fat (avocados and unsalted peanuts)
High Protein (chicken breast)

Actually felt pretty good today even without the carbs. Probably because I'm getting a lot of good fats. I love avocado. I can't wait to get tomorrow over with though so I can stop worrying about weight and focus on the fight. With as much rest as I've gotten this week, I'm bored and ready to just get in the cage and whup it on.

Weigh-In Day

7am Waking Weight: 192.5
7:30am Post-shit Weight: 188.5!

Psyllium seed works. I took about 20g of psyllium seed with 15g of BCAAs right before bed, and you can see the result this morning.

I have to say that this method of cutting weight is awesome. I was 200lbs on Sunday evening, and by Friday morning, I have gone down to 188.5lbs without getting in the sauna! That's 11.5 lbs I didn't have to sweat out, and only having to sweat out 3.5 is going to be a breeze. So much easier on your body this way.

Last time I cut weight, I was cranky as hell and did not feel good at all. This cut is the complete opposite, and I love it. Takes a bit more discipline over time, but it's way easier in the end.

Weigh-Ins are at 7pm tonight, so I'll go cut the rest in a few hours, weigh-in, and than it's time to rehydrate and refuel.

Fight Day!

Weigh-ins wnet pretty smooth. They're getting better about running these, but even so time is telescoped when you're tired, hungry, and thirsty.
Apparently, the scale I own is heavy. I cut the last 3.5 lbs and my scale said I was 185lbs on the dot. I weighed-in at 182 lbs. WTF? That meant I didn't have to spend any time int sauna at all today. I woke up at the correct fucking weight. Have to say that pissed me off.
My opponent is about an inch taller than me. Prety big guy, but he has chicken legs. He said he cut 24lbs but I dunno if he was talking shit or what. If he did, that's going to suck for him.
Anyway, I'm just chilling today until I leave for the venue.
I can't wait.
