Got sick Thursday evening. Bit of a fever. Ended up sleeping amlost all yesterday and felt great today.

9am MMA Session
Conditioning drills
Striking to takedown drills
Good practice

6pm Strength Session
Front Squat
135x2x10
185x2x5
225x5
245x3x3
265x3
285x1
Knee felt good but started to hurt on the 285 single. Called it a day. Good news is that I had plenty of power, so if I can get my knee to stop bothering me, I should have a much higher front squat.

Superset 15-30sec rest
Dips 5x20
CHINS 5x10

WEIGH-INS TONIGHT!!

This week has been pretty light. Some short, and basic bodyweight circuits but mostly light technique work to stay loose and active while keeping my mind int he game. I have to go cut about 6lbs later this afternoon, and then off to the weigh-ins at 8pm. I'm freaking pumped. I'm relaxed and confident in my training, and I am where I wnat to be weight-wise. A 6lb cut is easy and will take hardly any time at all. I usually drop 5lbs in a normal practice anyway, so in sweats and a sauna, it shouldn't take more than an hour.
I just want to weigh-in, rehydrate, eat, and than go kick some ass tomorrow night!
