I actually did it with 90lbs, and that was freaking brutal. I couldn't bring my arms to shoulder level for 3 days, so i don't want to even think about 135lbs would do to me. A sandbag would be rough as hell too, because it's more unstable and it'll be hard to stay locked out and tight. Every time I lost lockout or tightness anywhere in my sholder girdle it was only a matter of steps before I had to drop the bastard.

2.4 Mile jog: 24:09
I recently got the Nike+ it to motivate me to run more. It's a pretty cool piece of technology. Since I got out of the Marine Corps almost a year and a half ago, I can count on two hands the number of times I've run more than one mile. It's not one of my favorite activitites, but I don't like being a slow runner, and I feel better when I do it semi-consistently. I haven't really pushed hard on a run yet, but today's wasn't difficult at all. I swear I was running faster than it said I was, so sometime this week, I need to go calibrate the thing.

Modified Cindy:
10:02
10 Rounds
20lb Weighted Vest

5 CHINS
10 Pushups
15 Squats

After the run, the squats were much more difficult than normal.

They have weigh ins the day before for am. events in TX?

And what amateur org is sanctioning the event?

This is relevant to my interests.

Yes. This event is being run by USACA http://www.amateurcombat.com/

WTMMA (West Texas MMA) put on an amateur event that allowed elbows and the full thai clinch not too long ago.

TAMMA (Texas Amateur MMA) had weigh-ins day-of but I'm not sure if they shifted to day before weigh-ins to be consistent with the rest of the Texas orgs.

You should check out www.txmma.com if you're looking to fight in Texas.

Snatch Grip Deadlift:
225x5
275x5
315x5
365x5
365x5
365x1 Struggled and wanted to end positive rather than on a failure

3" Wrist Roller:
45x10
90x5
135x3x3

Homemade Twist yo Wrist
25x2x5

MMA Grappling
Awesome session. Pretty much an hour of nonstop rolling. I hit the stuff I wanted to even when fatigued, and I always had enough gas to keep going.
