Deadlift
Start 5:20pm
405x18x1
415x2x1
Finish 6:15pm

Equipment used: Chalk, Chucks, Belt, St Wilhelm's Shirt

Awesome workout. I got hammered last night and have been eating pretty much whatever I wanted to this week. Today was a chance to restart serious training and get back to making progress. This started easy but got hard real quickly. Somewhere around rep 8, it became difficult, and the last few reps were brutal. My back is going to hate me tomorrow.

Bench Press
135x2x15
205x5
255x2
255x3
255x1 (Felt my shoulder give a bit here and cut the set to prevent injury)
205x10
205x12

My bench is finally starting to feel good again. Six weeks ago, my max had dropped to 250 for a hard single. Nothing I did today was difficult, but I felt like I got some good work in.

On a mini-vacation right now, so a short workout today:

SOHP:
95x10
135x5
155x5
155x5
155x5
155x3+2 push presses
155x2+6 push presses

21-15-9
5:33
Pullups
Dumbell Swings 75lbs

I oculdn't pull for crap today. I knocked out the first 21 in one semi-hard set (usually pretty easy for me) and than ended up doing them in bursts of 3-5. The swings were easy. I could have done a crap load more weight, but I didn't want to risk injury. My back is still tight and sore from Saturday, and when the weight on swings starts to get up there, it can get to be a significant jerk at the bottom of the movement.
