It's been a bad couple years. Trying to get out. Neck/upper back chronic pain. Cyst in face requiring surgery. Depression. Anxiety. Pills. Work. Smoke.
Lifting to get strong and never feel weak again. Quit smoking after 11 years. Started lifting to help the cravings and try and strengthen my neck/back. Spent thousands of dollars on physio./chiro. for 1 year+ with only minor improvement. When I started I new nothing about lifting.
