I had a terrible workout today. I had no strength at all, especially in regards to my grip. My wife was really hungry when I came home from work so we had dinner about an hour before we went to the gym (steak and spinach). I think that my body was busy digesting food and that left me operating at a diminished capacity. I normally do working sets of 315 and today I could barely hold it.
