SB's Strength and Conditioning Log (5x5, Running/Training)

Sup guys, I'm pretty new to the boards... so I've been lurking around and stuff.
I barely started BJJ about a month ago, and I figured I'll drop some pounds, and gain some strength to help me out while I'm on the mat.

I'll be doing the Bill Starr 5x5 program for my strength gains.

2) Squats
3) BORs

Wednesday

1) Military Press
2) Deadlifts
3) Squats
4) Pull-ups

Friday

1) Bench Press
2) Squat
3) BORs

As for conditioning, I'll be following The Runner's World 8-Week Beginning Runner's Training Program

As for my training, I'll be training T/Th/F in BJJ. If things goes well, I'll be adding in two days of Muay Thai, and two days of Jeet Kune Do.... I'll keep you guys updated on this part as we go on.

Other then that... I'll be starting with my Wednesday workout this coming Wednesday... I was suppose to start my workout today, but since it was labor day... the school rec was closed.

Already snapped some before pictures.. I'll let you guys see em after the 3rd month.

I'll be posting everyday I train/workout to keep you guys updated with my progress.

Any types of criticism/advice are welcomed by the way!

Lifts:
Standing Military Press - 5x85 5x85 5x85 5x85 5x85
Deadlifts - 5x225 5x225 3x225 0x225 0x0
Squats - 5x145 5x170 5x205 5x240 5x280
Pull Ups - 0, 0, 0, 0 ,0

Training:
First day of Muay Thai... Trained for about 1.5 hours
Started out with some warm up drills.
Basically he got a bunch of stations set up, and we just rotate around when the bell rings
Kinda sketchy about the names of the bag works I did.. but I'll try my best..
3 rounds of "straight kicks"(just bringing legs straight up to hit the bottom of the bag), about 200-300 kicks.. maybe more, wasn't really counting em after awhile.
3 rounds of double end bag doing the jab. Maybe about 100 jabs each round.
2 rounds of double end bag doing side fist? Maybe about 100 side fists each round
2 rounds of some kinda cross punches... just went on for I think 3-5 minutes each round none stop.
2 rounds of kneeing the bag at a angle... same thing here.. just went on for about 3-5 minutes each round none stop.
2 rounds of kneeing the bag (this time just coming in straight.. not from a angle) same thing here also, just went on for about 3-5 minutes each round none stop.
1 round of some kinda kick where I just try to keep the bag at a 30 degree angle... hitting it with .. uh can't figure out the word for it (the opposite of my heels)..
3 rounds in the ring with my instructor, hitting pads... Did a few combos containing, Jabs, Crosses, Kicks, and Knees...

Notes:
I may take out the running from this log, since it seems I'm getting my butt kicked already from lifting + training BJJ and MT.
I think also the main problems with my deadlifts is my grip is really weak... I couldn't hang on to the bar after my 2nd set...

Lifts:
Bench - 5x175 5x180 5x185 5x190 5x195
Squat - 5x5x265
BOR - 5x95 5x95 5x75 5x75 5x75

Training:
None today, trying to catch up with school... should still be able to train BJJ 3 times this week, and MT 2 times this week though.

Notes:
All my lifts felt real good until I got to BOR... I went up by 10 pounds, but I went back down after the 2nd set... My form was getting bad, and I was trying to use momentum to lift the weight, so I dropped the weight to where my form would be good.

Notes:
Today was suppose to be Military + Deadlift + Squats, but while at school... the PA comes on, and they announced the whole campus was going to close down at 5PM(it was already 4) due to a tropical storm heading our way... Pretty bummed out... anyone got suggestions, I know I'm not suppose to work out back to back... should I just count it as a regular rest day?
