and on the 2 handed pinch, is there a specific device you have in mind? or is it just 2 45's with a bar going through it and some collars to hold extra plates on the outside?

Missing events:

2" axle deadlift
1" v-bar
2" v-bar (not that common yet, but a lot of people are pussing out because of the pain of a 1" v-bar)

On the hub lift, are we talking a regular hub on a plate or an IM hub. on the IM hub, to be even MORE specific, do you want strictly a claw grip that would work on a real hub, or can you use a v-bar grip?
Axle deadlift doesn't really require much hand strength unless you do it double overhand.

Let's just keep it to actual 45lb plates.

The two hand pinch can be done with two 45lb plates and a sleeve through the middle to hold the plates together. Official competitions use a special plate made by David Horne, but I think we should minimize the amount of special equipment required to participate.

Can the v-bar be knurled? Would you even want it knurled, or would that tear the shit out of your hands?

You should add DOH axle DL.

Ivanko olympic standard are the plates I use for my hub pinching. They have about 1.5" depth and aren't completely straight, there is a small flair. Kind of like a weld line.

Supposedly the new handles that just came out are retarded. This is what Wade Gillingham said a few days ago on Gripboard:

Last workout with it is here: Jackal's Gym The FitExpo this weekend with GNC will be interesting. We will have to play with the weight to see what is doable so we have an idea for the Arnold.
