The S&P Hand Strength Log and Leaderboard

Hand strength training doesn't seem to fit in very well in most people's logs.

We will use this thread to log our hand/forearm strength training and post PRs. This first post will keep track of noteworthy PRs (video or competition results required).

Sonny parallel set closed a #3, right? But no vid, I'd assume.

How about Smashy?

Also, it should probably be noted that Ascendant's Rolling Thunder lift was with the old style. The new ones are much more difficult.

I already stated a requirement for video or competition results. I added people to the list whose videos/results I had seen and could find the links. I think the video requirement is good for two reasons:

1) No bogus claims.
2) People like to see the videos.

edited my post because it may be innacurate (maybe a couple pounds light). I'll find my log of past performances at competition. And I'll see what I can do about getting video proof.
Missing events:

2" axle deadlift
1" v-bar
2" v-bar (not that common yet, but a lot of people are pussing out because of the pain of a 1" v-bar)

On the hub lift, are we talking a regular hub on a plate or an IM hub. on the IM hub, to be even MORE specific, do you want strictly a claw grip that would work on a real hub, or can you use a v-bar grip?
