From Russia with Love
This is my journal. My name is Leon and I'm eighteen years old currently attending a university in New York. Not really sure of my current weight, probably around 180-185. Current height is around 5"11-6"0.
My main goal is to lose a bit of fat, slim down, gain some endurance, but keep some of the muscle that I put on during on and off training. My hardest thing to keep high is motivation. Hopefully I can turn that around. Another one of my big goals is to eat right, only have one cheat day a week at the maximum.
I plan to run every other workout for cardio and then on the non-running days do the bicycle in order to switch it up a little bit to keep from getting bored.
Three day split is my plan.
Day 1 - Deadlift, BB Rows, Lat Pulldowns, Chin Ups
Day 3 - Bench Press, Incline DB, Flies, Dips, Tricep Pulldown
Day 5 - Squat, Lunges, Sled
I plan to be eating clean meats like chicken, turkey, beef. Trying not to take in any bad carbs by cutting out soda and candy.
