Jumped around a bit, flailing arms about wildly in the backyard.
Heavybag:
5, 1 minute rounds w/ 30 seconds rest in between rounds.
Two and three piece combos w/ lowkick or knee.
90 seconds rest
Double-end bag:
5, 1 minute rounds w/ 30 seconds rest in between rounds.
90 seconds rest
(detached heavy bag, threw it on the floor.)
Heavy bag clean + slam + GnP, repeat.
5, 1 minute rounds w/ 30 seconds rest in between rounds.
Emphasis on silverback gorilla hammer-fists.
90 seconds rest
Jump rope:
5, 1 minute rounds w/ 30 seconds rest in between rounds.
