I've just started an new routine more focused on oly lifts. Here it goes
Power & Squat Clean: 3x3,2x2 200lbs. (did 2 power cleans then squat clean last rep)
Front Squat & Push Press 3x3,4x1 150lbs. (squat and press 1 rep)
Chins 6x2 BW
Over Head Press 5x3 120lbs.
Stiff Legged Deadlift 15x1 150lbs.
I'll tell ya what this workout is a real wrist killer. I iced frequently in between sets usually taking a 3-4 minute rest.
Next workout out is Wednesday so I'll see ya then.
