rehab/ getting back in shape log

goals to get up to 195@7-8 percent before july10 current weight 177lbs @7percent


had back surgery in january and am recovering very well just cant squat or dl for atleast 6 months. i can do sets with the bar for 25 with no pain

maxes
squat 500
bench 405
deadlift 540

goal is to do 405x5 by the end of this 8 week cycle

chest and bi's at golds gym
ran for 45 min like 4 1/2 mi

bench
warm up to 225
225x12
275x10
295x8
315x6 i have no endurance when it comes to do anything more than 3 i get lightheaded and run out of steam

inc db's
85x10
100x10
115x10

chest flies
3x20 w/35's

db curls
35x10
45x8
50x8

ez curls
3x10 w/115 lbs

cable curls
1x10 w/ 30 40 50 60 80 100 all without stopping except to change weight.


will be doing some more cardio/stand up work tonight
