Spring Break
as you can imagine, i phailed in almost every way
strapped on my 40lb weighted vest and took my dog for a couple walks and played basketball for a couple hours one night but that was about it and my diet consisted of almost exclusively candy
since i've been back, i am without a plan but i've been trying to stay active regardless

3 suits of deck of cards --- pushups, reverse crunches (leg-ups?), BW squats
3/26
Chinups - i'll just say "various" it was probably about 25 overall

GHR - 3x11@BW
