OHS 5x5@95... seriously on the brink of suicide, couldn't have gone worse i feel like a baby deer trying to stand for the first time when doing these
Dead-Stop OHS 1x6@95; 1x6@105; 2x6@115... these helped alot when i first learned regular back squats but not so much here
Front Squats 1x8, 1x3@185; 1x8@170... all energy wasted previously
Walking Lunges 2x12(each leg)@BW

Spring Break
as you can imagine, i phailed in almost every way
strapped on my 40lb weighted vest and took my dog for a couple walks and played basketball for a couple hours one night but that was about it and my diet consisted of almost exclusively candy

since i've been back, i am without a plan but i've been trying to stay active regardless

3/24
played basketball for 2 hours

3/25
3 suits of deck of cards --- pushups, reverse crunches (leg-ups?), BW squats

3/26
Chinups - i'll just say "various" it was probably about 25 overall
BOR - 4x9@135
GHR - 3x11@BW
