I've gotten better at using the belt on 90+% deadlift attempts. When I first got it, it really bothered me, but now that the leather isn't quite as stiff and I'm used to it, I think that I might be getting some carryover.

I upped the carbs today after being told that I eat like a girl by graedy. I'm feeling a little light headed.
