^Lmao Bacon! Very nice!

Man, I can't tell you how many homeschoolers really do have poor social skills. That stereotype is tru most of the time. Luckily, my Parent's knew how important socialization was and I went to school for awhile aswell, so I came out lucky.

I always found it very effective to do a complex at the end of my strengthworkout.

This is what I did as a dumbellcomplex holding a 10kg dumbell in each hand:

- DB cleans 8 reps
- OHP 8 reps
- BO rows 8 reps
- squats 8 reps [progression wuld be jumpsquats]
- lunges 8 reps [jumping lunges]
- SLDL 8 reps
- Upright rows 8 reps
- shrugs 8 reps

- drop the weights and immediatelly start hitting the heavy bag for 45 secs or do some clinching with a partner [when I first started I rested those 45 secs but increased the activity more and more the fitter I got]

- immedaitelly pick up the weights again and do the complex again

- repeat 4 times

- DIE.

That looks like a very good complex.

Yes, and if you have your colon removed immediately after completing said complex, you'll loose an extra 20 kg. I say it's worth a shot.

Man, I need to lose weight too.

I'm 291 today (after food and some beer).

I used to be a cut 228.

I will get there again.

You skinny fuckers can suck my redneck taint.

Twice.

But not before Graedy's complex gets a mouth full of FATKID. Sadist.
