Thanks DS. I'm confident that I'll hit 300 and maybe 310 on Monday, but I need to increase my strict press if I'm going to beat fatty. My recent gains have been form related.
I highly recommend you include some sets with reps of 6-12 after all the low rep stuff. 2-3 sets will go a long way. Your body will be on an adrenaline rush and momentarily you should feel much stronger with the lighter weights than you would normally so use this opportunity to knock out more reps than you're normally capable. This will also help you build muscle and shed some bodyfat. I think once you start doing this you'll be doing 350+ in no time....

Klotz; try to do some DE push presses to improve your leg drive and explosiveness. Standard recommended doing DE Push Presses @ 3x10 and they helped me a lot. Make sure you do it all in one movement though..
