Arrived at around 7pm. The parking lot was packed.

OH squat: these were done primarily as a warmup today.
140 x 8
190 x 5
230 x 1

Power cleans:
135 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3
235 x 1
245 x 1
255 x 1
265 x 0 x 3 - so close

Squats: very deep, paused. Trying to find the groove in my oly shoes
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 2
315 x 1
315 x 1
315 x 3
315 x 3

CHINS/PULLS: alternated between the 2
7, 5, 5, 5,

Not enough apparently.

Around 90 seconds I think. I go again when I feel ready. I think I'm going to try to lower my catch once I match my previous pr of 290.

90 seconds? Sheesh. That's some serious weight for such short rest periods.

Thanks. All the cages and the platform were being used, so I had to do these in a squat rack where the highest pin setting is about 2' below the bar at the bottom of my squat. I wanted to do more, but didn't want to risk dumping the bar. Next week I'll go for volume on 225 and try to get 245 or 250.
