I haven't pulled in ~ 6 months. My PR is 505 or 515. I can't remember.

My lifting schedule is a bit fucked this semester:

Monday: 7am, squats
Wednesday: 7:30pm pressing
Friday: 6pm Pulling

That works man, if your really set back from the time off let me know and we can change things. It took me over a month to get back to my PR after a couple months of inconsistant or no heavy lifting
