Me Against Myself
Welcome to my log. The only gear I use is wrist wraps(broken both wrists), and a belt for DL and squat. My goals are to get as strong as I can. I was in the Army for 4 yrs and did a lot of bodyweight exercises, and when I got out I used to do bodybuilding type workouts until I discoverd this forum. Thanks for all the info guys. Well here it is.....

ROUTINE
WORKOUT 1
Squat 5x5
front squat 3x8
SLDL 3x8
sometimes I'll do another exercise of some sort if I feel the need
WORKOUT 2
Bench 5X5
OHP 5x5
dips 5x5
shrugs 3x8
usually do 1 or 2 other assistance lifts, they usually vary
WORKOUT 3
pull ups 5x5
DL 5x5
BOR 5x5
might do hammer curls or BB curls depending on time and how I feel
