what up yall.
I'm a chico state college student, who loves to fight, fuck, make money and party like a fucking wild ass beast. I use to have training log here under a different account, but then i stopped posting because i had pretty serious injury which resulted in me not doing shit, but shittin on my ass.
now that i am able to train again i'm hella excited to throw my fat ass in the gym again, but i know this time around i gotta be more careful training and train a lot smarter. That's why i made this log here, to micromanage my workouts and my progress.
i probably post more in depth list of my goals later. I just wanted to created my log asap so, i can post my progress asap.
some goals:
get in the habit of spending 30 minutes a day stretching
join a bjj gym here in chico by September 6th
get a heartrate monitor for before the end of October
before the end of this school year be able to bench 215X4X15
before the end of the school year squat 315
before the end of the school year dead lift 400
before the the end of the month 06/09, bench 315
in the next 3 months run 3 miles under 20 minutes
weigh 170 by September
be able to do the splits all the way to the ground by September 30th
before i die, bench twice my body weight
before i die, squat 3x body weight
before i die, dead 3x body weight
