Having been skinny my entire life, and rehabbing a 100% tear of the ACL and MCL (hamstring ACL graft 03/14/09), I embark upon this quest to fulfill my potential as a Homo Sapiens...
Inspired by Aajonus Vonderplanitz to go raw, with Blood Type O+, I will be eating a primarily raw red meat diet, supplemented by raw honey, milk, eggs, and cheese, vegetable juice and a few vegetables. I finished a 2 week "detoxification" period where I was sick and adjusting to the diet by eating for one day only raw cow heart and for the next day raw cow liver. At 6'2" 165 lbs, I begin the raw power plan.
