Ratman's log, 2nd try...
I'm actually going to update this bitch. Unlike my last log.
Vitals:
Age: 27
Weight: 162
Height: 5'7"
PR's:
Deadlift: 385
Squat: 255
Bench: ?
SOHP: 125
C&J: 160
Snatch: 115
After several months of writing papers, slacking in the gym and a shitty break up I'm hoping I can stay motivated. I've transferred to culinary school, which I'm extremely happy about. Now I can focus on my 2 great loves, lifting and food. Well it's actually 5 great loves, but hurting people, sex, and being intoxicated don't seem to have a place in a log. Unless it's funny then I'll share.

Not going to bother including warmup sets unless I'm maxing. Everyone should be smart enough to know what numbers are reps and what numbers are weights. Everything listed in pounds.
Squat:
205x3
205x2
185x3
185x2
Clean Pull:
145
145
145
145
145
155
155
155
155
155
DL Shrug:
205
205
205
205
205
225
225
225
225
225
SOHP:
95x5
95x5
95x5
95x4
95x4
Serratus Crunch:
45x8
45x8
45x8
Chinups (Supinated):
6
5
4
5
I cut it short. I felt extremely weak and my grip was fried before the chins, despite using straps on the clean pulls. Who would have thought 2-3 months of doing nothing would have affected my strength so much (note sarcasm).

Fuck. Start a new training cycle and get sick. Been vomiting for the last 3 days. Can't even drive to the gym, I feel fucking drunk from nothing. Hopefully back tomorrow.

135x3
155x3
175x3
195x3
OHS:
60x6
60x5
60x5
RDL:

Back on Infinite Intesity. Don't have enough money to pay for a gym membership so i really can't do WSSB anymore. Also my cardio has gone to shit as you will see.
Magic 30?
Yeah I vomited a little in my mouth after round 3 thats how bad of shape I am in. I stopped. Trying to ease myslef back into cardio without killing myself
DB Snatch x5/arm 32#
DB Swing x5/arm 32#
Burpees x10
Rest 1 min
DB Snatch x5/arm 22#
DB Swing x5/arm 22#
Burpees x10
Rest 1 min
DB Snatch x5/arm 22#
DB Swing x5/arm 22#
Burpees x10
Rest 1 min
Total Time: 10:52.516
As I said atrocious, especially since I used to be able to burn out the whole thing under 10 min with a lot more weight.
CoC #1: 3x5

Apparently grip training isn't the brightest idea when you have a giant laseracion on a finger. I'm bleeding again.

So this is where your log is. Excellent.
I tried to not take any breaks when i did my workout. The main break was the stupid water break/DB tightening break. Ohterwise it was water sip, tighten DBs, repeat.
I hope you keep putting in work!

So do I. While I am notoriously lazy, mostly it's that I just don't record my workouts here. Keeping vast arrays or numbers memorized is just something that comes naturally to me, and forcing myself to memorize things like that keeps my memory sharp. Though I still lose my keys every day.
Made some ball'n crab cake "sandwiches" earlier. Wish i had pictures but they got eaten too fast; the colors were a little off anyways. Flavor was excellent just not my best composition.
Menu:
Cream of mushroom soup. Was really just a mushroom supreme and mushroom allemand sauce mixed together and thinned with cream.
Lump crab meat, no filler just a little egg and mayo to hold it together, on 2 baguette croutons with Lemon aioli and a Boston Bid lettuce salad all floated on an "old bay" Vegetable veluotte basically all the ingredients in Old Bay seasoning but mellowed out and fresh instead of ground. Garnished with lemon zest.
Shoe string fries. (thats an 1/8" x 1/8" sticks cut by hand bitches.)
One thing I miss about living in a city is that people don't look at me weird when I ask for 5lbs of fish heads and bones and they know what mache is. I did find sel gris (french grey salt) though which I'm stoked about. Had to make the stock out of vegetables instead of fish cause no one would sell me fish heads and my fish monger closes before I wake up on Saturdays.
I'm gonna take a nap then workout. Will update again after.

A1. Weighted Pushup 4x5 50#, 50#, 60#, 70#
A2. Pistol (partial) 4x3, 2, 2, 2
A3. BOR (sandbag) 4x5 60#, 70#, 80#, 80#
B1. Ball Leg Curls 2x10, 10
B2. Close Grip Pushups 2x12, 12
Limited in implements right now. Don't start my second job till sometime next week and can't afford the gym or more weight. Basically I got DB's up to 50# and a sandbag up to 100#, but that shit leaks so no overhead movements with it.
Going to bust out GtG on the pistols for the next 2 weeks and maybe on pullups too. I can do 1 full pistol but I wanted to fit in some more volume so I did partials.
Also I realize now that there is just no way I'm going to train on the weekend. I'm lazy and a drunk. Instead I'm just going to do 5 on 2 off with the II sample program, obviously with a modified strength day.

Also I've been thinking about putting up a step by step recipe, with pictures, for people that don't like the veggies, like Zero. I'm thinking a broccoli, cheddar and bacon soup.
