Good job.
Damn that's a crowded gym. I'd have a claustrophobic panic attack torrettes down syndrome grand mal narcoleptic seizure if I tried to work out there.
I have to wonder what you could do in the proper surroundings.

Thanks BB - I also liked your last video (although I don't understand why you ran around in circles as if you where on an imaginary sit-and-spin).

Normally - no one is around the oly platforms and squat racks, but I lift during the same time as the football team on Monday's. It is a royal pain in the ass - especially when they decided to walk on to the platform.

*seriously ponders getting a sit n' spin as a work out tool*

Spinning around helps develop cyborgness.

Again, I honestly don't think I could lift with that many people that close to me. I think it was Barut who had a video of himself overhead pressing with some badass weight, and there were all these people walking by him, some practically ducking under the bar to get by. Would screw up my concentration. So yeah, as i was saying, kudos for lifting well in that kind of environment.

I just call them cuban presses.

You ever do face pulls? That seems to help also.

Are BORs properly done in kilos for some reason, or are you just trying to keep us on our toes?

Erco: I do a lot of face pulls - with bands and in the lat pull down machine.

Stoner: I did those BORs in kilos. The univ. gym has some bumpers and I used 'em.
