Congrats on the squat PRs and your workouts.
Depth was good on both squat videos I thought. In the 475 set your only real flaw in the form was not driving back and up with your head/traps.
some other suggestions:
-shorten your walkout...you're spending way too much time setting up. Step back, set up each foot, BAM hit the rep
-take a deep breath
-push out with your abs against the belt...try to rip your belt in half with your might abs/core....
-on the way up as I mentioned push back on the bar, then head up first out of the hole, all the while gripping the bar so hard you're ripping that piece of shit in half, ....whatever you do...do not look down or drop your head down.....
-you may also want to slightly...maybe a smidge? get your elbows more vertical at the very beginning when gripping the bar....doing rot cuff stuff and shoulder mobility drills really helps...
-also good job on the depth. I always seem to do better when I go lower than anticipated while sitting back...as it helps with the stretch reflex...
btw...last 2 squat prs I set using exact same squat rack that u used in the vid.
