60x8 x I hurt something in my right shoulder/tricep. I waited 20 minutes and tried a set of rows, but there was still pain. I quit. I did not feel any tearing sensation – so I hope it is just a slight strain. I may have to take next push day off.
I don’t know what I did, but I hurt my right shoulder. I’m icing it now. I may be pushing myself a bit too hard, but this shit pisses me off.
