I'm working hard to hit the 500/500 club in the next few months.


Also, I've read Ross' book and I want to add two days of GPP work. What do you think would work best with my current split?

RE Push:

Close Grip Bench Press:

135x5
165x5
185x5
225x5
225x5
225x8 (PR)

DB OH Press:

40x5
60x8 x I hurt something in my right shoulder/tricep. I waited 20 minutes and tried a set of rows, but there was still pain. I quit. I did not feel any tearing sensation – so I hope it is just a slight strain. I may have to take next push day off.

I don’t know what I did, but I hurt my right shoulder. I’m icing it now. I may be pushing myself a bit too hard, but this shit pisses me off.

well, the good thing about GPP is that it doesnt take too long. Ive been fitting in GP stuff in the morning before work or after regular training.

One circuit was like this:

Burpees x 30 sec
jumping Jcks x 30 sec
Split Squats x 30 sec
burpees x 30 sec
jumping jacks x 30 sec
mtn climbers x 30 sec
5 circuits

You dont need any equipment for that so you could pretty much do it whenever.

If both your guys are working your conditioning give some of the challenges in the conditioning forum a try. The challenge i came up with is brutal.

Also i'll probably start a new thread to come up with new challenges so some ideas would be good.

Hell even Phil Baroni came looking for suggestions*

I am pissed about my shoulder. I iced it for 2 hours and took some advil. I hope it will be fine in a couple days.
