Nope. My brief window of opportunity to lift on Fridays is done, and I'm back to my old schedule for the foreseeable future.
Get your ass moved back to St. Louis and nobody will have to worry about restrictive scheduling. __________________

I'm not going to join the BP race until I know what my current max really is. Should be this Saturday. I struggled long and hard to get to 225, but I think I had a little more left in me when I finally did.
If I put up 240 (ha HA) on Saturday, I don't think a race to 250 would be much fun for the other participants. __________________
