Thanks - I'll eventually get to a point where I won't be able to recover from this much volume/intensity, but I'm still making weekly gains. So - I'll continue this way until I can't recover/adapt from an ME workout in a week. Then, I'll have to figure a different type of periodization. I started lifting for S&P in mid-February so who knows how long I can keep up with strength gains week to week (with an occasional back-off week).

Nice w/o mang, good job on the chins though, I'd have been fried!

We on for tomorrow? What time are you thinking? I'll most likely be deadlifting tomorrow, going for 1 rm max.

I wouldn't lose to much sleep over your dead/squat ratio. With your body type it's not hard to see why you excel at squat/pressing movements.
