Your squats are scary....now how about making your deadlift halfway respectable for the competition...jk.....seriously tho...I expect 600 deadlift...

ZMA+GAMA for sleep...I am digging GABA powder for better sleep quality...

Reverse Band Bench Press (average bands choked one time at the top of the power rack – the bands are taking a little less than 90 off the bottom).

135x8
225x5
315x5
365x5
405x2 (there was some help on the third rep)

Two-Board:

405x5
425x4
365x12

BB Press:

135x5
155x5

Pull-ups:

BW x 5, 5, 5, 4

Rolling Extensions:

45s x 6
45s x 6
45s x 6

Hammer Gunzors:

50s x 10
50s x 10

Overall – this was a decent day. Since lifting on Tuesday, I’ve been killed with work. I was up for 28 straight hours in order to meet two deadlines. I had to skip Wednesday’s pulling. Given my work lately, I was not expecting much today. Anyway – The last time I did reverse band with the bands choked once I did 365x1 (I think this was about 5 months ago or so). I killed that PR, and I did not even try to push that hard today.
