Overall – this was a decent day. Since lifting on Tuesday, I’ve been killed with work. I was up for 28 straight hours in order to meet two deadlines. I had to skip Wednesday’s pulling. Given my work lately, I was not expecting much today. Anyway – The last time I did reverse band with the bands choked once I did 365x1 (I think this was about 5 months ago or so). I killed that PR, and I did not even try to push that hard today.
