The 710 felt like a truck on my back. I was seeing stars at the top. The 760 was way fucking heavy. I might have been able to get it if I did not triple the 710.

A very intense day at the gym. My legs and hips are strong enough for the heavier weight, but my upper back is fucking weak.

No - it goes down with light bands. It won't with the average or strong bands. If you don't told on to it on the way up, it will fly off your shoulders.

I was short on time today.


Pause Bench Press:

135x5

I kept it light today. This was the first time I've benched since the meet.

DB Bench Press:

100s x 5
100s x 5
100s x 5
100s x 5
100s x 5

I'm going to concentrate on DB Bench Press for the next 5-6 weeks. My problem is off the chest, and I'll see if this helps some.

Seated DB Cleans:

15s x 12
15s x 12
15s x 12
15s x 12

I kept this light because I strained my RC at the meet, and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. There was no pain, and I'm guessing it is fine now.
