I was short on time today.

I kept it light today. This was the first time I've benched since the meet.
DB Bench Press:

I'm going to concentrate on DB Bench Press for the next 5-6 weeks. My problem is off the chest, and I'll see if this helps some.
Seated DB Cleans:

I kept this light because I strained my RC at the meet, and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. There was no pain, and I'm guessing it is fine now.
