Upper Again:
This week of lifting is kind of fucked up since 1) I’m in the process of moving across town; 2) I’m stricken with da Aids; 3) I’m going to use an in-house powerlifting meet as a training day this coming Saturday.
I did pretty heavy bench volume on Wednesday – so I decided to do some singles today. I was at the Med. Campus Univ. gym, which was the only thing open today.
Pause Bench:
135x5
185x3

225x1 @8
250x1 @8
275x1 @8
300x0 @ 10 (Spotter touched the bar a few inches off the chest)
I got really, fucking light-headed after this attempt and felt like I was going to pass out.

Incline Bench:
205x5 – I had to stop because I was using a Cybex incline that had adjustable pins, which where too long and I clipped them two times – so I stopped.
Inverted Rows (with feet elevated):
BW x 10
BW + 25 x 6
BW + 45 x 6
BW + 45 x 6
BW + 45 x 6
Chins:
Bw x 3, 3 and 3.
After moving all day yesterday and being on antibiotics for only a couple days, I felt really crappy today.
