I finished with some external rotations against bands
I joined a new gym today. The Univ. gym’s hours are erratic over the summer, which makes it an unreliable place to train. AS oly lifter told me to check out Eagles Gym. It’s a local gym and it does not advertise. It is a total dump and completely awesome.. This gym is designed for powerlifters, strongman and bodybuilders. It has everything - good bars, thick bars, chains, platforms, a monolift, sleds, tires, stones, logs, etc. DBs go over 200 pounds. A year membership was only $250 – so I signed up. Apparently – they have a strongman crew, which means I hopefully won't look like a complete jackass at Fatty's contest.
