I was just fucking around with this bar. If done improperly, these things are a torn pec waiting to happen.

I think a lot of guys who used the cambered bar will do it off a 2 board, so your still getting a little more ROM but not setting yourself up for massive shoulder/pec pwnage. Good volume on the bench.
