I was going to go for a max today, but my bar speed was a bit to slow on the first 465. My training partner talked me into doing 4 singles @ 465. Anyway – it was 10 pounds of my last max of 475 and a lot cleaner. I’ll put up 500+ soon enough anyway.

Eh – After the fact, I think I should have tried for 500. The speed looked fine on the 3rd single. I’ll do it the next time I do heavy singles.
