Im just fucking witchoo. Gots to improve the bench, but its definitely my least favorite of the 3. I dont think I have benched in 3-4 months now...

I did heavy BOR on Monday (after heavy SSB work).

I did CHINS on Wednesday.

I did light BOR on Sat.

I think it's Stat's log. The mods should trash it so we can go back to focusing on being strong mofos again...

I was going to go for a max today, but my bar speed was a bit to slow on the first 465. My training partner talked me into doing 4 singles @ 465. Anyway – it was 10 pounds of my last max of 475 and a lot cleaner. I’ll put up 500+ soon enough anyway.
