I do sets of 225x10-12 every once in a while, but usually after ME push work.

I've noticed you're doing a lot of high rep bench. Do you think it helps?

Many people seem to get better results with high rep training for their upper body. I personally like to do higher rep sets at the end of my lower rep work....this is why westside for skinny bastards is so effective...most beginner/intermediate lifter are better off with ME(low rep work) and RE(high rep work) instead of the DE in terms of developing the initial strength and size.

It all comes down to trial and error to see what works for you...

Honestly, no. I'm giving WS4SB a chance regardless though. To be fair, my bench is probably one of my weaker lifts and i've stalled on it pretty hard before starting this program. I've done a lot of different things to get it going, and none of it really seems to help. Friend of mine has seen a 10% increase in his bench since adding high rep work every other week though, so I might not just respond to it.

Hrm, it seems my detective skills have failed to identify which ebay bidder you are. You don't have comically small feet, do you?
