Honestly, no. I'm giving WS4SB a chance regardless though. To be fair, my bench is probably one of my weaker lifts and i've stalled on it pretty hard before starting this program. I've done a lot of different things to get it going, and none of it really seems to help. Friend of mine has seen a 10% increase in his bench since adding high rep work every other week though, so I might not just respond to it.
