Remember to be careful about any sort of energy drinks or supplements this week. Since it's a National Meet the pee testers will be in full force and you don't want to get busted on something lame like Vicks Vapor Rub. There was a big uproar post on PLWatch today about someone taking some creatine brand earlier in the week and he got suspended for a year because of octapamine.

Thanks, dude. My creatine is from ON - so it should be ok. Do you think I should stop taking it just to be sure? Other than that I take ON 100% Whey, Muscle Milk and fish oil.

The day of the meet I'll take caffeine, pseudoephedrine and aspirin, which are all legal.

I'll also use tiger balm.

Recovery:

25 minutes - (10 minutes treadmill and 15 minutes bike).

The treadmill blew up so I switched to the bike.

I weighed in at 219.6 at 8:00 pm.

I imagine it was some "throw everything in the sink" Muscletech type brand to have octapamine in it which is a stimulant. I know some guy at the Arnold got suspended for amphetamines because he used Vicks Vapor Inhalant for a cold. I think the biggest danger is any of these energy drinks and stuff that have all sorts of stimulants thrown in them. I usually use the straight up stuff like you, so I doubt it would be a problem.

The new gym is a fucking hole in the wall. It has one treadmill, and that thing is a piece of shit. I'll take 700 pound tires, stones up to 330 and sleds over 25 elliptical machines.
