Well, I'm getting fucked up, so I'm starting a new log. I tried to get one started over at IronAddicts, but this board has ruint me- I can't hang with the whole bodybuilding thing. When someone cites their calf measurement, I want to flame them, and then realize it's the norm there. They're not all BBers, but someone will comment in my log, a 'way to go' sort of thing, and I go to reciprocate, and he's done calf raises and chest flyes and pec deck and I just can't bring myself to laud that. I can't really post 'double facepalm' either. Dammit.

So. I had just started getting a good head of steam back up after my summer lifting break when this stupid storm hit. I had been worked up to 4 sets of 405x5, and had to leave. Zercher Squats were coming along nicely too, and I don't know how this is going to affect it. Ahh, fuck it. It'll be oaky. At least my bench isn't going to suffer- it sucked, and will suck after this too, so nothing new there.
