do you have a strong dislike for jens?

personally i love the guy, but I was happy to see jiu-jitsu used to effectively and really have it shown once and for all you can't even consider being a champion without damn good jiu-jitsu.

Nothing really against Jens...I just have been a BJ fan since I had a chance to meet him in hawaii and attend his seminar here in Oregon.

I finally hit a breathing groove, if you will, and swam the last 20 laps without a break. Comparativley, last time I swam, the furthest I went without a break was 8 laps. My goal for next time I swim will be to do 40 laps in 22:30.

I bought 20 of those EAS bars for 1 dollar each. Also picked up some NOXplode today.

I seem to eat WAY too much at night about an hour and a half before I go to bed. wtf.

Diet:
Too hard to keep track of what I ate while at work...but I had some meatloaf today, a couple of protein bars (EAS and one of those premier nutrition ones), some pork, mushrooms, and a big ass diet pepsi. Although it wasn't my healthiest, it was the best I could do considering the circumstances.

Workouts
45 minutes BJJ slow rolling.
---------------------------
DB Bench: 35x12, 45x12, 55x12, 75x6
DB Flys: 25x12, 30x12, 35x12, 40x12
Some cable stuff
pushups

Notes:
Eh. I need to plan my lunches more when I work. 9 hour workdays do not help when all you have access to is like fast food places...I stopped at 711 and got some protein bars but I could have used whole food.

you talk about how you lift like you want to change it... do you really want to? i sorta want to move away from the powerlifting stuff that i've been doing and focus on more explosive movements and plyometrics.. but i probably won't because doing something familiar is easier
