Punishment (Burpees give you big CroCop Legs)

Edit: Just over the 2 weeks and so many days I've been doing burpees my legs have gotten much larger and my wind has picked up quite a bit. They still suck and if you enjoy pain do them.

To protect your shoulders when doing burpees DO NOT dive into the pushup position. As you squat to the floor rock forward on your toes and place your hands comfortably about 1 and 1/2 feet in FRONT of your toes. Do this nice and easy. Then kick out. Trying to do that part fast really won't help much as far as conditioning goes....it's not sprawling.

You can do burpees fast but if you just do them correctly at a steady pace your over all time will be faster, you can do more in a row and they will still burn and make you gasp for air just as if you are flailing around trying to do them without form! Do no do the PUSHUP past parallel! They will still work your arms but if you do a lot of these don't push up past parallel and save your shoulders.

Punishment for lack of effort. 100 burpees daily for 1 month. (had to take a break to let shoulder rest and correct burpee form.

5 sets of 40 pushups

total 200

same speed and consistency in all 5 sets from rep 1 till rep 40.

I know blonde...it's not great discussion material at the moment but I come here so often it works great as a database.

The lifts are coming starting tomorrow as I return to the gym on a daily basis.

The posts will include beatings as well as I take time off over the next few months to stay over at my brothers and learn to box proper with his group.

I'm coming from a layoff since thanksgiving and working my way back up to speed.

Especially for the conditioning challenges as I'm getting my ass whipped there nicely.
