New Log, working two jobs, need to simplify...
BW: scrawny as shiiiiat...
Monday: Cleans, Push Press
Tuesday: Wrist roller, Levering
wednesday: Deadlift
Thursday: whatever i goddamn feel like
Friday: CoC's, Pinch grip stuff
Saturday: Squats or Pistols
Sunday: rest, drink, etc.
I might do some other stuff, but right now I just want to focus on these lifts, and try not to burn myself out...
