Thrashing ****l (lack of strength)

New Log, working two jobs, need to simplify...

BW: scrawny as shiiiiat...

Monday: Cleans, Push Press
Tuesday: Wrist roller, Levering
wednesday: Deadlift
Thursday: whatever i goddamn feel like
Friday: CoC's, Pinch grip stuff
Saturday: Squats or Pistols
Sunday: rest, drink, etc.

I might do some other stuff, but right now I just want to focus on these lifts, and try not to burn myself out...

wednesday: Did some deadlifts, my plan is to stick with a weight for 3 weeks until it becomes light, then go up 10 pounds for the next week, etc.

175x5x5 double overhand, easy as pie...

did some floor bench presses or floor presses whatever you wanna call it and some towel curls last night...twas fun...

did some COC work with my #1 and #2 the other night did almost 40 reps with my #1 hahah, should be able to close the #3 before too long...

did some gripper work with the #1 and #2 to get back into the groove...

No#1 - 36 reps right hand, 26 left hand
No#2 - 8 reps right hand, 5 left hand

lost a little bit of strength with the no#2 but I'm sure it'll come back in no time...
