Note:
I was scheduled to Snatch this evening but I had to change that plan. I hurt my right shoulder a bit doing Yoga and I didn't want to make the problem worse. I did few Jerks and didn't like how my shoulder felt so I decided to just do Cleans. So, since I wasn't doing any Jerks I did double the amount of Cleans. I probably averaged 1 clean every minute to minute and a half and it was a gut buster.
