Plowed Meat
someone on the training board suggested I start keeping my log here again, so heres to swimming with bowed legged women!
08-21-09
Bottom Position Squat- 335x1,1,1,1,1 295x5,5,5
Deadlift- 405x1,1,1,1,1
Barbell Rows- 225x3,3,3,3,3
static stretch- 10 minutes
Note:
Really great workout. I feel like I could go back and do it all again. Thats the way I think I should be feeling instead of completely blasted everytime I train. I moved the deadlifts and barbell rows to the squat day. Hopefully this will allow for better recovery seeing that I won't be hitting lower body directly every single session. So, its going to be lower, upper, and Olympic Lift day.

Merrill,
That was a good log. I trained really hard for the meet. It ended up getting cancelled because only 3 people entered, but I guess it was a good thing because the day after the last workout I came down with strep throat and it nearly killed me. I only got off the couch 1 time the entire week and that was to go get a shot. After that, I sort of just went all to hell. The only good lifting I can say that I did after that was some heavy military pressing late that summer. So, after much wasted time, I am back to doing the Hepburn Program as it works best for me.
