Though I'll start a personal log to get a better insight of my progress. Started bjj about a year ago do to a shoulder injury from boxing.

morning

pool - 20 lap - freestyle
10 lap - jump squats
egg white omelet with three eggs w/ brown rice
afternoon
brown rice with chicken
fruit
evening
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM
Went to a fancy restaurant and ate awesome unhealthy food, gonna have to make up for it tomorrow. Well, the family and friends had a wondeful time.
